Chris Hood

Founder & CEO, BooHag Studios
Chair, IGDA Orange County Chapter

Chris Hood, CEO founded BooHag Studios in January 2008 and brings with him 20 years of experience in gaming with 15 of those specializing in digital media and online entertainment.  Chris has worked as a consultant and VP of Marketing within multiple entertainment industries including video games, music and movies. 
 
In his experience Chris has developed social media strategies and digital marketing campaigns for companies including Universal Pictures, Warner Bros., Paramount, Fox Interactive, Electronic Arts, Monster.com, Reebok and Doritos.  Chris has previously won national recognition and awards for outstanding marketing campaigns for the movies Jurassic Park, Apollo 13, Pocahontas, Wyatt Earp and Star Trek: First Contact.
 
In 2009, Hood became the Chair and Coordinator for the Orange County Chapter of the IGDA (International Game Developers Association).  In addition, Mr. Hood is a member of the New Media Leadership Council for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences
